Your report is sent directly to the relevant city department. You will receive push notifications when the status of the report changes or when the department responds. After the intervention, you can also view a photo gallery showing how the problem was resolved.

All reports are transparently available via the website — Smart Pula — so that citizens and city institutions can monitor the progress of resolving the problem.

PRIVACY We do not ask for your email address, phone number or other personal information. Each device is assigned an anonymous identifier.
